The cost of gas crunch

Today is Sat June 29...I cannot believe how empty the roads are around here. Evidently the cost of gas has affected alot of people in this area...either that, or everyone is at the beach, which since the most popular beach near here is 3 hours away, that is doubtful due to the cost of gas. It is hot out though. Business at the antique mall is still slow. Looks like it's going to be rough going for the antique dealers that do not suppliment their income with another job, or, on line sales. I am still trying tofind time to create a web site and learn more about on line advertising for my shop at Ruby Lane...having sais that, back to work.
